Rebates are available to help offset the cost of the audit: $225 for customers with central A/C or central electric heating $325 for customers with central A/C and central electric heating. When you schedule your audit, ask your contractor about the final audit cost (if any) after they apply the value of your rebate.
An In-Home Audit starts with a visit from a Building Performance Institute certified contractor. Your contractor will perform a walkthrough and provide energy-saving recommendations. After the visit, you’ll receive a free energy savings kit shipped to your home.
