Own an electric vehicle (EV) and charge at home? Earn up to $120 each year when you enroll in our Optimized EV Charging rewards program.

Regardless of when you plug in your vehicle, it will not charge when electricity is in high demand.

You’re in control — you can always override or opt out at any time through your charging app.

By shifting charging during the summer and winter months, our programs help you earn rewards.

Seasonal Program Periods:

Summer
June 1–August 31
4–7 p.m.

Winter
January 1–February 28 (or 29)
6–9 a.m. and 6–8 p.m.

Seasonal program periods will exclude weekend and holidays.

How it works

Enroll your qualifying EV or charger through the app.
Earn $60 per season - once at the end of each summer and winter season (up to $120 annually) when enrolled.
Charging is managed automatically, reducing energy during peak hours with no day-to-day action needed.

Qualifying models

The Optimized EV Charging rewards program is available for Tesla EVs using telematics or any EV using a ChargePoint or Emporia charger. We’re working to expand to additional eligibility soon!
